  I purchased a car about 9 months ago, i ran in to some mechanical issues with is and I have been absolutely impressed with Chads attention to my issues and my concerns. Chad took the time to help me exhaust all my options to find the best one for me and to save my credit I feel that Chad had my well being at heart. I ended up using my warranty i got from them and Chad recommended a shop (his brother Ryan) that he knew could get me in swiftly and work with my needs. Every time i have set foot in there even months after my purchase i have felt validated and well taken care of. Thank you Chad

  Not the car buying experience I was hoping for. I was recommended to Winner's Circle by two relatives who purchased vehicles there, who had nothing but great things to say about them. And while I purchased a vehicle that works just fine, there for a number of small things I wanted to have fixed as part of the terms of purchasing the vehicle, such as fixing headlight, rattling heat shield, door ajar light, and airbag light. Only the heat shield had been fixed. I fixed the door and headlights myself as their shop was incapable of doing it, and I called for four months regarding the sensor for the airbag. A month or two in I was told their shop had ordered the wrong part so my sales guy said he went and ordered it themselves, telling me it'd be in October 1. When I called some time after to check up I was told that my sales guy no longer worked for them, and that they'd need to look to see if they can find the papers regarding the headlight. I told them to call back and never did. I got the feeling from their tone that they never bothered to look, nor would. I wouldn't be surprised if the document is lost. They probably don't have either invoices for the part either. I've heard good and bad things about this place, and sadly I got the poor end of the deal. They are not as professional as they like to pretend, and they have an "under the table" feel to them. My only suggestion is to hold them accountable for every thing they tell you, and make sure you walk out there with every piece of paper DAY 1. Otherwise you'll be blown off. I tried being patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but obviously my generosity didn't play out in my favor.

  Waited 2 days. Said I was approved. Came back to finalize. Shoke my hand said congratulations. End up having to do more paperwork. And turned out I didn't even get accepted like I was told. Wasted about 12 hours years. Just to get an email saying sorry. No phone call. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
