I want to thank you for doing all you could to secure a loan for me with respect to my failing air conditioner and all the effort you put in to secure a loan for me to replace it. Of course, you asked regarding my age and in finding I was 71, you accelerated your efforts knowing how dangerous a situation it was. The fact you never called unsolicited just proved you were doubling down your efforts. You mentioned my credit score (which I'm trying to remedy.) You knew nothing of my recent house refinancing, my two car loans (2006, paid in three years,) (2016--Wells Fargo seven year loan, now one third paid.)
