  I have always had professional and competent services when working with the US Bank at 56th and O Street in Lincoln , NE. The manager, Mike, is very proficient at his job and has bent over backwards several times to help me with various accounts. He is very businesslike. I have also had great experiences working with Carol and Marissa on various bank accounts. I want to thank them for always being so helpful.

  US BANK especially Peggy Lemon the Branch Manager are thieves and do not care about people or when people make mistakes. I had overdraft fees totaling 450 dollars. The said because I had a refund 11 months ago of 37.50 I was unable to recieve any more refunds. It got worse because I was unable to pay off my account even though I had a direct deposit cover everything that I charged to the account the overdraft fees ate up my whole pay check. I was going to be able to cover everything with next weeks check but then I started getting 8 dollar a day fees which then kept adding to my negative balance. If I could have gotten a little help my account would not have charged off and it would not have destroyed my credit. Because of Peggy and her staff I am not able to open an account until I pay off a balance of $800 all overdraft fees. I asked them plenty of times to close the account but they would not they said I had to keep the account open until the computer closed it automatically during which the $8 fees racked up. It was not until later that I found out from another branch that they can "force close" an account when asked I dont know why they would not do this for me but I guess they dont care especially when I could not feed my children because of a misunderstanding.

  Extremely bad experience. Do not ever think about opening account. They have hidden fees and hidden charges. You single mistake will cost you hundred dollars for late fees or withdraw fee. The manager is very mean. The banker will promise you this and that. Don't believe in them. They lure me it open a advanced account without telling me there is a maintainence fee. Over the past 6 months they charge me 75 dollars. I am really deeply regret about my decision about opening account in us bank. If you don not believe in me, see reviews from others. Do not let these thief sTeal your money!!!!
