    Worst manager ever I had ever met at the Usbank.Bad customer service ever.I open account and always use this bank for 10 years.I deposited the check from my friend and wasn't clear but I didn't know.I checked online banking and I can't make copy at home.I came to this bank to ask somebody can help me print the copy of check but they want charge me $6 more ,because the bank charge $19 for the check wasn't clear.I tried to explain for them that the bank charged me $19 already .Beside they will send the copy of check and copy of charge $19 to my home for 3 weeks .I told them that I can get the copy here and don't need send to my home or they can that's fine but I just want a copy of check ,I can't wait that long.I tried to explain for the tellers bankers that different branch us bank they did it for free .And, the manager came ,I thought she can help me to print the copy of check because I can't print at home but I was surprised she looked at me so mean,and rude , and said she can't print copy for me ,she told me leave and go home Wait for 3 weeks to get that copy of check.I felt so bad and so sad about she said .I can't imagine that manager can talk like this with customer .I know she didn't like me because Iam Asian ,I think she discrimination .This was second time I met her and she treated me the same way .I will never go this branch and tell my friends avoid this place with bad customer service .before I leaft at the bank,the teller said sorry to me because she couldn't anything but the manger not say anything with too mean face and rude .Then I called different us bank and all of these banks helped me so nice and printed the copy of check for free and tell me how to waive the fee charge $19.Iam very thankful to the manager Super saver S56th and highway2,S27th and pinlake ,and Special Thanks the manger to N27th Superior to help me .

    Holy smokes is this place a refuge for customers that want the abuse of a branch and bank that take advantage of you. I'm not even an established customer yet, since I just opened up a checking/savings account 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive any kind of ATM/Debit card or checks to withdraw money and make payments. I called the 1-800 number and the "banker" I spoke with told me that since I have not made deposits into checking I don't get a card, period. I informed her that I indeed picked out a military veterans themed debit card, make numerous deposits, and ordered checks as well; she didn't know what to respond with besides: well, you'll have to talk to the branch you signed up with... and... as far as my knowledge you would have to go into any of the branches to withdraw money. Wow. Well, upon speaking with the problematic branch where I am writing this review on; because my wife had a temporary driver's license (the new plastic one was being made) they required us to have a Social Security Card (they had problems finding the SSN number in their "extensive" database, a current lease agreement (all pages had to be provided), two forms of mail with her name on it, and a whole other plethora of documents - according to the banker I spoke with, who shall remain nameless, were part of the banks policy. I understand policy to the T - you get that after years of military service. However, I don't understand poor customer service and unprofessional people claiming to be "Universal Bankers". The only thing universal about my experience with this branch and US Bank in general is: universal incompetency. In the end I'm still waiting on checking/savings card, and checks for paying bills. I had to pay $25 to expedite the cards that were never sent to me in the first place AND when we initially asked about any promotional offers we were told there weren't any (my wife found out that we were eligible for a promotional cash back amount for signing up during a certain date range). Wow, I will go to USAA where they treat Military and Veterans with more respect for their hard earned money. That is all.
