- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had one account with US Bank. I hated the experience. I had a no fee credit card through the bank that I hadn't used in years. I always threw away the monthly statements because I knew nothing was on them. I eventually got a notice of non-payment. Found out they had started charging a monthly fee on the card. Charges racked up to $400. I threatened to sue and they took back the charges and I closed the bank and credit card accounts.By A Google User, September 07, 2017
