- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I never thought I would actually enjoy getting insurance. The staff here are so friendly. Every single time I walk in, even if it's to pay a bill they are smiling and happy and they offer me something to drink. They truly take the time to explain how all of the policies work and they find out what parts you need and don't need in order to make every quote personable and tailored to you. I was worried about switching companies but I have been with Rick for over a year now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Ian and Brandon are phenomenal at their jobs and they will never try to sell you something you don't need or want. Jean and Courtney answer all of my questions and do all of my changes when I call in. Rick, you have a wonderful team and I'm glad to do business with you.
