- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you bank here, pray you never have to deal with fraud on you account. While I have to at least give the employees credit for being polite and apologetic, the bank's policies are clearly written by people that don't care their customers are real people. I talked to several other banks in town, all of whom had much better policies that still protect the bank, but also protect their customers when they're the victims. I have already switched to a new bank. I'm just waiting now to close my account because first national says they have three months to "investigate" before they're forced to officially give me my stolen money back.By Brett Von Riesen, December 27, 2016
